Your Mission
As Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the logistics and supply chain support to the Maintenance/Flightline team and Dronamics Kavala. Your mission is to ensure we have the required stock at Maintenance/Flightline Stores for all maintenance work and flight testing activities whilst aligning with regulatory requirements and Company procedures.
Your Team
Our Flight testing program will be based at Kavala Airport where we will be maintaining the serviceability of the Black Swan fleet, performing all required maintenance actions and technical modifications.
What You’ll Do
Control and secure stock at local stores
Guarantee parts, components and consumables are kept at the Stores, in accordance with demand and approved procedures
Liase with Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Engineers and any other local staff, to exchange information on material requirements
Issue and obtain timely approval for POs (Purchase Orders) and ROs (Repair Orders), in accordance with Company procedures
Liase with Dronamics Supply Chain or other Suppliers, to order material and track POs/ROs
Perform parts incoming inspection, per established procedures, including documentation control
Inform staff on required parts shipment, mainly on AOG situations
Control special tools and tool calibration, per established requirements
Ensure Stores are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Company procedures
Support projects from other Company departments and assigned by Maintenance Manager or management
Assure work is performed per relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Coach other team members or other department staff on Stores related tasks
Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager or related management

Job requirements
- Relevant higher education or related working experience
- Experience in Stores or Logistics, as store(s) manager/keeper/assistant or under procurement
- Exposure and knowledge of EASA regulations, related with Stores management (Part 145, Part M, Part CAO/CAMO) (preferential)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with a good level of English (written/spoken)
