Job description

Prototyping Technicians - Assembly, Plugs & Molds, Carbon

Who we are

Dronamics is the world’s first cargo drone airline.

Аs a leading developer and operator of large, long-range drones built specifically for cargo, our flagship Black Swan aircraft is able to carry 350kg at a distance of up to 2,500km up to 80% faster, 50% cheaper and with up to 60% lower emissions than alternative modes of transport, including airfreight. This enables same-day shipping over very long distances for a variety of industries: from pharma to food, from e-commerce to spare parts.

Alongside our vision of faster, cheaper, and cleaner air cargo is our belief that same-day delivery is a universal right. Why? Because rapid and reliable logistics can help accelerate economic opportunities and improve quality of life. And we’re on the path to net-zero.

What we do

We design, develop and operate a first-of-its kind cargo mobility solution powered by:

The Black Swan drone: Our flagship cargo aircraft, capable of carrying 350kg up to 2,500km with as little as 400m for take-off and landing, on any terrain.

Network of droneports: Our droneports require minimal infrastructure and can be deployed at airfields, airports, seaports, logistic centers, and factory lots.

Cargo and ground operations: Our standardized and fully mobile operations are designed for easy integration within supply chains.

Our Way of Work

Our fast-growing team includes some of the most experienced aerospace and logistics experts in the world, because Dronamics represents the future of cargo aviation. And this is truly exciting!

We’re transitioning quickly from a global startup to a global scaleup, with a growing presence in 9 countries around the world so far. Our team consists of highly talented people, all of whom strive to make a lasting positive impact on the world, to be innovative and safe, and to elevate others to deliver together.

These are the values that Dronamics colleagues work towards - values that are centered in a culture of trust, respect and openness. This is important to us. We are a community of decent individuals, committed to each other and to the common goal, but also able to act with vigor, courage and inventiveness; able to pivot through ambiguity; being brave, agile and resilient, but having fun and taking personal and collective reward for our accomplishments.

We are an ambitious company, therefore we want to bring ambitious people into the fold. But it must be ambition held for the Dronamics community and the common goal. Ultimately, an ambition to help revolutionize the air cargo industry and help accelerate economic opportunities and improve quality of life around the world.
